Aim: The main aim of the
EFA is to improve
the quality of the services rendered to our customers. Thus, we have adapted
our laboratory procedures to the requirements established by the quality
management standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 and have obtained the external
recognition of GOOD QUALITY MANAGEMENT practices in our Laboratory by a
quality certification body (AENOR).
Certification meaning:: This certification ensures the
establishment of good quality management practices in the assays performed at
the laboratory: control of the processes involved using alert indicators,
establishment of annual quality aims, development of quality control activities
in every assay, establishment of systems for detection and control of non-
conformity, periodical surveys of customer satisfaction, etc.. .
Continuous improvement: After achieving our objectives,
we strongly believe in the continuous improvement of quality, setting new
goals, such as widening the scope of these quality systems. We also want to
remind you that complaint forms are available to customers, and that every
enquiry regarding assay performance, sample delivery, etc, will be solved by
our staff.
