PRESENTATION OF THE BOOK "NUESTRO AGRO"

On Tuesday 6 May, at the Provincial Main Building took place the presentation of the book 'Nuestro Agro' elaborated by technicians working at the EFA and edited by the Publishing house of the Diputación de Pontevedra. This work gathers 50 technical sheets covering the different research and diagnosis fields (ornamentals, fruit trees, pests and diseases and biological control methods) and performed along the 25 years of the life of the centre. This event, that was attended by a large number of people, was presented by the president of Pontevedra provincial government, Rafael Louzán Abal and Teresa Pedrosa, vice-president of the Pontevedra provincial government; and also by the coordinator of the work, Dra. Carmen Salinero Corral and the Director of the EFA, Dr. J. Pedro Mansilla Vázquez, who as well as pointing out the didactic and practical content of the book, commented the history and evolution of the centre from its beginnings until the present time.
